How do I track my order?
You can start tracking your order as soon as it has been shipped out. An email will be sent to you with the tracking details, all you need to do is visit our courier partner’s website and track the journey of your order in real time!
Alternatively, you can also log in to kamakshiwadhwa.com and visit the 'My Account' section to know your order status.
Do you provide International delivery?
Currently, we do not provide international delivery over our portal but feel free to share your requirements over email.
What is your returns policy?
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn't right, let us know. We'll give you an exchange on that piece in another color, a different size, or an entirely new style.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a exchange, within 7 days from the date on which these goods are delivered.

We do not accept returns or exchange gift certificates, once dispatched unless it is a manufacturing defect.
